We have a conference room and two private office spaces available for use. All spaces are reservable but if not reserved, can be used on a first come, first serve basis. Conference room and private office space reservations for times reserved during regular business hours (8:00 am – 4:30 pm) may be made online at anytime. If you wish to book either space for a time outside of regular business hours, please call us at 218-732-2256 to make arrangements.

When booking, please make sure to choose which room you want by choosing a “staff person.”

Pay as you Go Boarding Pass

Pay as you Go Boarding Passes are perfect for an individual that wants to use The Hangar as needed, without a monthly commitment. Single Flights are intended for an individual who has an occasional need for use of the space while the Weekly Flight passes are perfect for someone who is in the area and needs to work while they are here or just needs the use of space for a few consecutive days. Single Flights or Weekly Flight passes (Five flights in a one-week period) include a printer allowance.

Single Flight – $20 (includes $2.50 printer allowance)
Five (5) Consecutive Flights (week) – $75.00 (includes $12.50 printer allowance)

*Prints/Copies in excess of the allowance will be billed at the a la carte rate
*Both flight plans include full concourse access and a printer allowance.
*Conference Room use is not included in our Pay as you Go Flight Plans and would need to be purchased separately.

Monthly Plan Boarding Passes

Monthly Boarding Passes are intended for the individual or business that plans to use The Hangar four or more days per month. Monthly plans include a Printer Allowance, Full Concourse Access, Conference Room Use and Discounted Registration Fees for training or classes held at The Hangar.

Monthly Plans

Five (5) Flights per Month – $70 per month (includes $10.00 monthly printer allowance)
Ten (10) Flights per Month – $135.00 per month (includes $15.00 monthly printer allowance)
Unlimited Flights per Month – $250.00 per month (includes $30.00 monthly printer allowance)

Corporate Access

Twenty (20) Flights shared by up to 3 users – $250.00 per month (includes $30.00 monthly printer allowance)

*20% Discount available for HLDC/The Hangar contributors
*All monthly membership plans include full concourse access, conference room use and discounted registration fees for trainings and classes
*Prints/copies in excess of the allowance will be billed at the a la carte rate

A La Carte Services

A La Carte Pricing includes printer/copier charges for exceeding the amount included in your membership and also for community members that may need to print or make copies and are not members of The Hangar.
We have a full-color, wide-format printer that is 36″ wide and can print pages as long as you may need.
The conference room is available to members at no charge and is available to non-members for a fee.

8 ½ x 11 Black & White Prints/Copies – $0.05 per page*
8 ½ x 11 Color Prints/Copies – $0.07 per page*
11 x 17 Black & White or Color – $0.10 per page*
Wide Format – $1.00 per foot*

Printer/Copier Fees (general public)

8 ½ x 11 Black & White Prints/Copies – $0.20 per page*
8 ½ x 11 Color Prints/Copies – $0.30 per page*
11 x 17 Black & White or Color – $0.40 per page*
Wide Format – $4.00 per foot*

Conference Room Rental

Half Day (up to 4 hours) – $40.00
Full Day (4 to 8 hours) – $75.00
Each additional hour after 8 hours – $7.50
